MEGAN S. KENDALL
MEGAN S. KENDALL was born and raised in Clayton, New York. Following graduation from Thousand Islands High School, she attended SUNY Brockport and graduated in 2010 with a B.A in History. In 2013, she received her J.D. from the State University of New York Law School at Buffalo. She was admitted to the New York Bar in January 2014.
While in law school, she was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, Alternative Dispute Resolution Society, and the Buffalo Public Interest Law Program. She competed at the Northeastern Regional Mediation Competition in February 2013. She was a law clerk for George M. Reiber, the Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Trustee for the Western District of New York and the United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of New York.
Megan enjoys giving presentations to help educate the public about estate planning, nonprofits, and business basics. She was recently recognized in the 2017 class of NNY Business Magazine's "20 under 40".
Megan is active in the community and is member of the Clayton Lion's Club, Thousand Islands Community Foundation, Herring College Trust, and the Clayton Improvement Association, Ltd.
Ms. Kendall’s primary focus at the current time is in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, Estate Planning, Estate Administration, and limited Litigation matters.

KATHRYN J. HARRIENGER
Kathryn was born and raised in Watertown, New York. She completed her undergraduate education at University of the Pacific and Brevard College, where she majored in Environmental Studies and minored in both history and law while serving as an academic tutor, a teaching assistant specialized in argumentation and debate, president of the Debate Society, and a Division II athlete.
While attending Syracuse University College of Law, Kathryn was the law clerk for the Syracuse City School District, a research assistant for Professor David Driesen focused in constitutional and environmental law issues, and a law clerk for Conboy, McKay, Bachman & Kendall, LLP. During her time with Conboy Law Firm, Kathryn worked on a wide variety of legal issues including those pertaining to estate planning, real estate transactions, municipal matters, collections, and contract review.

JAMES A. BURROWS
JAMES A BURROWS was born in LaFargeville NY. He attended Jefferson Community College and transferred to Cornell University, Ithaca NY where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree, with honors, in 1985. He graduated from Albany Law School, cum laude, in 1989 and was a member of the Justinian Society and an Editor of the Albany Law Review. He is admitted to practice in NY and CT. He is a member of the Jefferson County Bar Association and a past Treasurer, past Vice-President, and past President of that Association.
Mr. Burrows began employment with Bond, Schoeneck & King, Syracuse NY, shortly before being admitted to the NY and CT Bars. His employment continued with that Firm in its Watertown office. More recently, he was a partner with Slye & Burrows, Watertown, NY and Conboy Law Firm, Watertown NY.
Mr. Burrows is experienced in municipal law, land use law, state and local code matters, and tax assessment matters. He has represented many villages, towns, and fire districts on a variety of general counsel matters, code matters, and litigation matters, over the years. He has extensive experience in tax assessment challenges, and Article 78 challenges both for, and against, municipalities and various boards.
